Updates Will Be Sent Via SMS
Thank you for submitting your booking request with In Home Health Care. We understand your request may be urgent and we try our best to service you as quick as possible. Our nurses do work per diem so a nurse has to confirm your request. We will keep you updated via SMS at the number provided while we pair your request with the next available nurse in your area. Feel free to text us regarding your request, we are responsive! We do appreciate your patience during this process.
Once Paired
Once paired your nurse will reach out via text or call to answer any specific concerns pertaining to your health history and the IV therapy session. If we cannot book you within the fashion requested we will inform you via SMS. Nurses come fully equipped for any therapy scenario. Upon completion of your therapy your nurse will collect payment in the form of debit/credit on Square. The office is open Monday through Sunday from 8:00am to 8:00pm but nurses do perform IV therapies after hours.
Fees
Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee of $100 will be applied with every IV therapy cancellation that occurs after electronic consent. This fee does not apply to cancellations that occur before signing and submitting consent.
Same Day Fee
A same day fee of $35 is applied to appointments requested for same day.
After Hours Fee
An after hours fee of $100 is applied to bookings that occur after 5pm and before opening hours the next day 8am.
Travel Fee
Travel fees may vary on behalf of nurses traveling outside of their service area (greater than 30 miles).
IM Fee
An IM fee in the amount of $50 will apply to IM treatments unaccompanied with IV therapies.
Holiday Fee
A Holiday Fee in the amount of $100 will apply to IV & IM treatments that occur during major holidays. See the list of holidays below that incur this fee.
