In 2020, at the peak of the pandemic, In Home Health Care emerged from humble beginnings as “In Home Infusion.” Our founder, Trey Donovan, was compelled into action by a critical observation. He recognized a dire need for efficient and immediate medical solutions. This realization ignited our journey, initially dedicated to holistic IV therapy for acute symptoms.

However, our mission carries a heavy yet profound backstory. Trey’s mother fell victim to synthetic medications, which aimed to manage chronic illness symptoms rather than heal the body. This approach, driven by financial interests within the Western medical system, left the true potential of homeopathic remedies unexplored.

Trey Donovan, our visionary founder, brings a rich tapestry of experiences to our endeavor. As a former student-athlete at Arizona State, he learned valuable lessons in teamwork, discipline, and perseverance during his time with the 2008-2009 Arizona State Men’s basketball team.

Moreover, Trey is a self-taught web developer and UX designer since 2013, combining his creative skills with a deep-rooted desire to revolutionize healthcare. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona State, with ongoing studies toward a Masters in Human Behavior at National University.

Trey is also a published author, contributing to the understanding of genetic identity and penning a self-help book for men titled “Virility,” available on Amazon. These diverse pursuits underscore his commitment to expanding knowledge and enhancing various aspects of human well-being.

In Home Health Care represents Trey’s vision, where the potential of AI technology converges with personalized care. Our use of cutting-edge artificial intelligence allows us to process extensive patient data, creating precise treatment plans, predicting health trends, and enabling real-time health monitoring. This AI-driven approach empowers us to provide previously unattainable levels of healthcare efficiency and personalization.

We work in partnership with licensed Osteopathic healthcare professionals across the nation, expanding the quality and scope of our services.

Our journey commenced as In Home Infusion, a dedicated effort in IV therapy for acute symptoms through holistic methods. As time has passed, this personal initiative has evolved into a pioneering movement. We remain dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services at affordable rates. By integrating AI technology and collaborating with healthcare professionals, we’ve taken a substantial step in redefining the healthcare landscape.

In Home Health Care transcends being just a company; it is a catalyst for change and a testament to the power of transforming personal loss into a force for reshaping healthcare. We invite you to join us on this transformative journey. Together, we can rewrite the healthcare narrative, striving for a future that is healthier, happier, and more fulfilling, all guided by the limitless potential of AI technology.

We Are HIPAA Compliant

In Home Health Care is committed to maintaining the highest standards of privacy and security in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Here’s how we ensure HIPAA compliance:

Secure Data Storage: We use state-of-the-art, encrypted data storage systems to protect all patient health information (PHI) in a secure digital environment. This safeguards against unauthorized access and data breaches.

Access Control: Access to patient records and PHI is strictly controlled. Only authorized healthcare professionals involved in a patient’s care have access to this information, ensuring that PHI is not disclosed to unauthorized parties.

Regular Staff Training: All staff members receive comprehensive training on HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient privacy. This includes understanding the handling and sharing of PHI in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Audit Trails: We maintain detailed audit logs that record who accesses patient records, when, and for what purpose. These logs help us track and investigate any unauthorized access.

Secure Communication: We use secure communication methods to transmit patient information between healthcare professionals and team members. These methods include encrypted email and secure messaging systems.

Business Associate Agreements (BAAs): We enter into legally binding BAAs with any third-party service providers or partners who may have access to PHI. These agreements ensure that they also comply with HIPAA standards and protect patient data.

Incident Response Plan: In the event of a security incident or data breach, we have a well-defined incident response plan in place. This plan includes notifying affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by HIPAA.

Patient Rights: We respect and uphold the rights of patients under HIPAA, including their right to access, amend, or request a copy of their PHI.

Minimum Necessary Rule: We adhere to the HIPAA “minimum necessary” rule, which means that only the minimum amount of PHI necessary to accomplish a specific task or purpose is disclosed.

Record Retention and Disposal: We maintain PHI records for the required retention period and have secure procedures for the disposal of records to prevent unauthorized access.

Privacy Officer: We appoint a designated Privacy Officer responsible for overseeing HIPAA compliance, addressing concerns, and ensuring ongoing training and compliance with regulations.

Ongoing Compliance Monitoring: We conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to ensure that our systems and practices continue to meet HIPAA standards. Any identified issues are addressed promptly.

In Home Health Care takes HIPAA compliance seriously and is dedicated to safeguarding patient privacy and the security of their health information. Our commitment to these standards is a reflection of our dedication to providing high-quality, secure, and confidential healthcare services to our patients.
